TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to wildchefkit.com. These Terms of Service govern the commercial relationship, transactions, and usage protocols established between WildchefKit and any consumer processing orders through this digital domain. By finalizing a transaction, you accept these terms in their entirety.
- Corporate Identity
The digital storefront wildchefkit.com is operated by WildchefKit, with corporate operational headquarters located at DB Schenker, Plot S 20107, Jebel Ali Free Zone (South Zone), Dubai, UAE. Official communication may be directed to our designated email at outdoor@wildchefkit.com or via telephone at +971 4 177478. - Shipping and Dispatch Protocols
Our operations cater strictly to individuals within the European region and the United States, utilizing priority courier arrangements through logistics networks including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The standard transit period spans between five (5) to twelve (12) calendar days from the point of dispatch.
To ensure systemic visibility, automated operational updates are transmitted directly to the email address provided during checkout at critical milestones, specifically upon initial dispatch, arrival at intermediate sorting facilities, and regional delivery assignment. In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery window, an administrative inquiry will be opened with the relevant carrier. Based on the objective findings of the inquiry, we will initiate a complete financial reversal or dispatch a subsequent replacement.
- Transfer of Risk and Ownership
In adherence to consumer protection parameters established within Europe and North America, the risk of loss, structural damage, or depreciation of items does not transfer to the buyer upon handover to the courier. The legal risk and ownership of the goods remain under the responsibility of WildchefKit until the physical possession of the items is formally transferred to the consumer or a specified third party at the ultimate delivery address. - Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
In accordance with European consumer law frameworks, consumers purchasing items within the European territory maintain a statutory period of fourteen (14) days to exercise a right of withdrawal without giving specific reasons. This cancellation window commences from the calendar day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the physical property. - Defective, Non-Conforming, or Damaged Items
If an item arrives with defects, non-conformities, or damage sustained prior to physical possession, consumers may contact our support desk via email within the statutory timeframe. Upon receipt of valid visual documentation, such as photographic confirmation of the issue, we will process a transaction adjustment or a new dispatch directly. Consumers are not required to return the physically damaged components, provided that sufficient verification is submitted to our email helpdesk. - Governing Framework
These terms are aligned with standard international trading frameworks and regional consumer laws. Any commercial disputes arising from transactions on this website shall be addressed through structured mediation under relevant business regulations.
