The eligibility timeline commences precisely from the calendar day on which the consumer, or an authorized third party, takes physical possession of the items. - Transit Performance and Delivery Non-Compliance
Our standard international distribution utilizes priority logistics networks, specifically DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority, with a projected transit framework of five (5) to eight (8) working days. Systemic status modifications are transmitted automatically to the consumer’s designated email address at major logistical milestones, including dispatch confirmation, intermediate sorting transit, and local carrier assignment.
If a delivery exceeds these operational parameters, an administrative investigation will be initiated with the respective carrier network. Following the formal determination of the inquiry, WildchefKit will coordinate a full transaction reversal or arrange a subsequent replacement dispatch.
- Defective, Non-Conforming, or Damaged Items
Where items arrive with clear non-conformities, manufacturing faults, or structural damage incurred prior to physical receipt, consumers may initiate a claim by contacting our helpdesk via email at outdoor@wildchefkit.com. Upon submission of valid visual evidence—specifically photographic documentation detailing the non-conformity—we will authorize a complete transaction adjustment or issue a replacement. Under this specific protocol, consumers are exempt from returning the physically compromised items to our facility. - Voluntary Returns Processing
For standard return requests falling under the statutory withdrawal framework where items are undamaged, products must be returned in their original, un-utilised condition and standard packaging. Eligible return shipments must be directed to our designated processing facility located at: DB Schenker, Plot S 20107, Jebel Ali Free Zone (South Zone), Dubai, UAE. Return logistics expenses for standard cancellations remain the responsibility of the consumer unless otherwise authorised. - Reversal Execution and Financial Settlement
Approved transaction adjustments and refunds are processed back through the original payment modality utilised during checkout. Reversals are applied directly to the account corresponding to the original funding option, encompassing Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or relevant electronic wallet structures. The typical processing duration for funds to reflect within the consumer’s statement aligns with standard institutional schedules.
