This heavy-duty charcoal grill includes an offset smoker with a total cooking area of 780 square inches. A side table provides prep space, and the adjustable carbon pan (charcoal pan) allows heat control. Wheels make moving the unit easier.
Specifications:
- Main chamber: approx. 500 sq.in – for grilling and smoking.
- Offset smoker chamber: approx. 280 sq.in – for additional smoking or keeping food warm.
- Side table – foldable or fixed (check product).
- Adjustable carbon pan – can be raised or lowered to change heat distance.
- Wheels – two fixed, two swivel with brakes.
Smoking process: Place charcoal and wood chunks in the offset box. Heat and smoke flow into the main chamber. The adjustable carbon pan in the main chamber can be lowered for indirect smoking or raised for direct searing.
Large capacity: Suitable for cooking for 10–15 people. Can hold 6 racks of ribs or 4 whole chickens.
Maintenance: After cooling, remove ash from both chambers. Clean grates. Wipe the side table. Check wheels for debris. Store with a cover (not included) to prolong life.
Safety: This grill is heavy – ask for assistance when moving. Keep the offset box at least 30 cm from any wall. Use heat-resistant gloves.
